Ralph was the son of John de Willington, 1st Lord of Umberleigh who died pre 1338, & Joan daughter of John de Neville They are thought to be Ralph 2nd lord of Umberleigh dsp 1348/9 & wife Eleanor Mohun 1349 Table tomb, once painted, now placed on a high modern base between the north chapel and the chancel altar with the effigies of a mid 14c knight & lady, the subject of graffiti vandalism including 'IR 1724'
